La Sal Hut to Moab | 36.0 miles | 8,055 ft to 4,000 ft
Fun ride. Round the mountain and down the Whole Enchilada into Moab. We left early on day 7 to be sure we'd have the energy and the time for a full ride on the Enchilada. Seems like we kind of circled the La Sals rather than going over the top, but there was a decent climb back up to the start of the Kokopelli trail.
